Yes. Kuwaiti citizens can cancel a Turkey e-visa if they complete the visa application process on the Turkey Immigration Services website. Refunds must be requested within four hours of a successful order placement. The visa services order for Turkey becomes non-refundable after this time period.

Refund requests cannot be allowed once the Turkey Immigration Services Team obtains confirmation from the Turkish government on your application ID. Furthermore, the visa cost cannot be returned if an approval letter has already been sent to your email address.
